The Paid Media Specialist (Euro Dealer PPC Specialist) will be responsible for managing and optimising paid search activity across multiple European markets. This is a key role focused on driving growth through effective PPC strategy, performance reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day execution of PPC campaigns across Luxaflex Europe, Unilux, and Duette EU, ensuring all activity aligns with wider business objectives. Working across multiple brands and markets, you’ll play an instrumental role in delivering measurable performance improvements and scaling paid media success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple PPC accounts across Luxaflex Europe, Unilux, and Duette EU, ensuring best practice execution across all markets.
- Own the day‑to‑day delivery of the EU PPC strategy, including budget management, optimisation, and continuous testing.
- Develop and maintain PPC roadmaps aligned with business goals and market priorities.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, turning data into actionable insights.
- Deliver clear and engaging performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate closely with wider teams (web, SEO, design, etc.) to drive growth across European markets.
- Share knowledge, insights, and test learnings with the wider paid media team to enhance overall channel performance.
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years’ hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns, including Search and Performance Max.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
- Experience managing paid media across multiple markets or regions (EU experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of PPC strategy, optimisation techniques, and budget management.
- Confidence in measurement, performance analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in fast‑paced, multi‑market environments.
- Familiarity with SA360 (desirable but not essential).
