We're looking for dynamic and hard-working Production Operatives to join our team at our Coventry site on a 6 month fixed term contract basis.

This is a varied shift role, including a mix of standard, long, and short weeks-but you'll always finish no later than 4:35pm.

You'll be a key player on the production line, ensuring our PVCU products meet the highest quality standards, on time and in a safe and secure working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high standards of product quality on the production line
  • Operate machinery and handle materials in a safe and efficient manner
  • Support multiple areas of production as a multi-skilled operative
  • Carry out repetitive and heavy lifting tasks where required
  • Use measurement tools with both metric and imperial systems
  • Get involved in wider activities such as charity events, first aid training, or becoming a fire marshal
