Role Description We are looking for an experienced Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join our team in Bromley, initially on a consultancy or temporary-to-permanent basis, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.
This role would suit a confident litigation solicitor who can work independently, manage a busy caseload, and supervise a team of three paralegals.

- Managing a varied caseload across housing, property, legal aid and civil litigation matters
- Handling contentious matters from initial instruction through to conclusion
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, letters before action and court documents
- Managing court deadlines, directions, evidence and case strategy
- Supervising three paralegals, allocating work and reviewing files
- Maintaining strong client care, compliance and file management standards Contract and remuneration
- Consultancy basis initially, with a view to a permanent position
- Temp-to-permanent arrangement available
