Contract Type: Permanent

Contract Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 4.30pm

Salary Range (NJC Grade 4.6 – 4.9): £25,989 – £27,694

Actual Annual Salary: £18,752 – £19,665

About the role

We are seeking to appoint an excellent administrator to support the Office Manager in the management and delivery of all office and administrative services for Hill View Primary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE mathematics and English – grade C and above or equivalent.
  • NVQ level 3 in administration or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of general computer packages, office equipment, Microsoft Office, photocopiers, telephone systems, etc.
  • Good keyboard and typing skills for the production of routine correspondence and emails.
  • Experience working in a school environment.
  • Knowledge of finance and experience using PSF Financial or equivalent software.
  • Ability to update and maintain the school website.
  • Ability to remain calm, use judgment when interpreting and resolving problems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to exchange information with a range of audiences (staff, pupils, parents, visitors, etc.).
  • Good customer service skills.
