Based from their office in Potters Bar, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple façade and cladding projects across London, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:- Full commercial management of façade and cladding packages from tender stage through to final account.
- Preparation, submission, and negotiation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
- Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
