The Opportunity

Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established and growing contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced M E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, based from their offices in Maidstone, Kent. Working as part of a wider team of Quantity Surveyors, you will take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of Mechanical Electrical projects across the South East, covering both M E installations for new build construction projects and ongoing M E maintenance works. This is an excellent opportunity for an M E Quantity Surveyor looking to join a well-established commercial team while taking ownership of specialist mechanical and electrical projects from a commercial perspective. Previous M E Quantity Surveying experience is essential for this position.
