Hill McGlynn is proud to partner with a well-established residential contractor to recruit an experienced Groundworker / Supervisor for a housing development in Beaconsfield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and knowledgeable individual to lead site-based groundwork operations on a busy and well-organised project.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all groundworks activities, including drainage, foundations, kerbing, and external works.
Manage and coordinate site teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are maintained.
Liaise with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Groundworker on residential or civil projects.
Strong knowledge of groundwork techniques and sequencing.
SSSTS or SMSTS (preferred).
Valid CSCS card (gold or above preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and manage a team effectively.

Pay: £22 – £24 per hour
