Hill Mcglynn is seeking an experienced Training & Compliance Manager to develop and drive the company’s training strategy across multiple sites in Potters Bar. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with UK Health & Safety, Employment Law, and environmental standards while supporting continuous improvement.

You will manage accreditations (CHAS, Constructionline, ISO 9001/14001/45001), coordinate audits, and lead training delivery with stakeholders at all levels.
