Hill McGlynn are currently working with an established construction contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a key role within the business, taking responsibility for maintaining and developing company compliance standards, with a particular focus on the Building Safety Act, ISO requirements, audits and internal processes.
We are looking for someone with strong construction compliance knowledge who can ensure the business continues to meet its regulatory and quality obligations. Experience supporting company or staff training would be highly advantageous; however, candidates who are willing to develop their knowledge of the training process will also be considered.
As Compliance Manager, you will oversee compliance across the business, ensuring policies, procedures and management systems remain effective, current and aligned with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
