As the lead Project Manager on site, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the scheme. You will be client and public facing, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring clear, professional communication at all times. A strong emphasis is placed on health, safety, and environmental standards, particularly given the occupied nature of the building. An honest, approachable attitude is essential, with a genuine focus on the wellbeing of both residents and site operatives. You will be supported by a visiting Contracts Manager and will directly manage an on-site team consisting of an experienced Site Manager, Resident Liaison Officer (RLO), and an apprentice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a No.1 Project Manager on similar residential/cladding schemes
- Strong knowledge of façade, cladding, and remediation works
- Experience working on occupied residential projects
- Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, approachable, and safety-first mindset
- Experience using Field View (essential)
