Part-Time Administrator / Scheduler – Office-Based Role.

Salary: Β£27,000 pro rata (15–20 hours per week). Part-Time | Minimum 4 days per week (flexible hours).

This role is ideal for someone highly organised who enjoys coordinating diaries, booking appointments, and being the central point of contact between clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and booking appointments for clients and contractors
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email to confirm availability
  • Diary management and calendar organisation
  • Sending calendar invites and appointment confirmations
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Arranging and processing quotes
  • Updating and working within a CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Processing expenses and providing general administrative support

The Candidate

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in communicating with clients and contractors
  • Comfortable managing diaries and schedules
  • Experienced in data entry and administrative processes
  • Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly desirable)
  • Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion
  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination roles will be highly advantageous
