Responsibilities
- Managing all on-site activities from groundworks through to completion
- Overseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Maintaining programme, quality, and cost control
- Liaising with project teams, consultants, and senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a residential developer
- Strong knowledge of groundworks and RC frame construction
- Experience delivering new build residential projects, ideally high-end apartments
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (preferred)
