Responsibilities
- Managing the full commercial lifecycle of voids and refurbishment projects
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
- Valuations, variations, and final account negotiations
- Monitoring project costs and identifying opportunities for savings
- Producing accurate financial reports and forecasts
- Ensuring compliance with contracts and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within repairs, maintenance, or refurbishment
- Strong understanding of social housing contracts
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in cost management and reporting
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar preferred)
