Hill McGlynn is delighted to be supporting a well‑established Fit Out and Refurbishment Contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing business, managing multiple fast‑paced projects and driving successful delivery from inception through to handover.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing several concurrent fit‑out and refurbishment schemes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, taking full ownership of programme, budget, and site performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple fit‑out and refurbishment projects
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Manage client relationships and represent the contractor professionally
- Drive projects from pre‑construction to handover
About You
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the fit‑out and refurbishment sector (essential)
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- A proactive and solutions‑focused approach
