This is a senior-level role suited to a confident design professional with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary design teams and delivering medium to large-scale construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, including architects, engineers, and external consultants
- Ensuring designs are compliant with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Managing design programmes, risks, and deliverables in line with project milestones
