The Role
As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior commercial staff and project teams, assisting with the financial and contractual management of residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with cost control and budget management across residential projects
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and cost reports
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and administration
- Helping manage variations and change control
- Supporting final accounts and project close‐out
