Hill McGlynn is recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large‑scale commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. This opportunity involves a £130m commercial fit‑out and refurbishment scheme in Mayfair, overseeing delivery of a landmark project in one of London’s most sought‑after locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a £130m commercial fit‑out/refurbishment project.
  • Manage all phases of the construction process from pre‑construction through to completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, site teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive programme performance and resolve technical and operational challenges.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out and refurbishment sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering high‑value projects (£100m+ preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of construction processes, programme management, and health & safety.
  • Ability to work effectively within fast‑paced, high‑spec environments.

Qualifications

  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
