This opportunity involves a £130m commercial fit‑out and refurbishment scheme in Mayfair, overseeing delivery of a landmark project in one of London’s most sought‑after locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a £130m commercial fit‑out/refurbishment project.
- Manage all phases of the construction process from pre‑construction through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, site teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
