The Role
As Materials Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials across multiple residential projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Procuring materials for live residential developments
- Negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers
- Placing purchase orders and managing delivery schedules
- Monitoring stock levels and forecasting future requirements
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and site teams
- Ensuring materials meet specification and programme requirements

The Candidate:

You Must Have:
