The Role
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts, handling inbound and outbound sales activity, and supporting the wider sales function to maximise customer retention and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and maintaining regular contact with clients
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales, product uptake, and customer engagement
- Managing inbound enquiries and qualifying opportunities before adding them to the CRM pipeline
- Preparing and managing quotations, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to maximise conversion
- Supporting with basic estimates and managing house account quotations where required
