Hill Mc Glynn Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected construction contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects across London and the South East.

Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an organised and detail-focused

Document Controller to join their team at their Chatham office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction document control experience who is confident using

Procore or a similar document management system.

  • Daily Responsibilities
  • Manage all project documentation through the Procore platform.
  • Upload, issue and maintain drawings, technical documents and specifications.
  • Ensure all document revisions are accurately recorded and distributed.
  • Monitor document approval workflows and chase outstanding information.
  • Maintain accurate document registers and project records.
  • Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients to ensure documentation is up to date.
  • Ensure documents comply with company procedures and project requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to project delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
  • Experience using

Procore is highly desirable.

  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
