Groundworks Foreman (Permanent) – Location: Camden area; Salary: £50,000. Hill McGlynn Recruitment is working in partnership with a residential developer who is seeking an experienced Groundworks Foreman for a permanent position on a site near Camden. This role is ideal for a hands-on Foreman with a strong background working for a groundworks subcontractor and experience delivering residential projects to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising and coordinating groundworks activities on site
  • Managing subcontract labour and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
  • Overseeing drainage, foundations, external works, and associated groundworks packages
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme, drawings, and specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site housekeeping
  • Liaising with site management and reporting progress

Requirements

  • Previous experience working for a groundworks subcontractor is essential
  • Proven experience in a Groundworks Foreman or similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of residential groundworks packages
  • Ability to manage site teams and maintain productivity
