Hill McGlynn is working in partnership with a leading electrical contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee specialist projects across Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering generator installations within live data centre environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing electrical projects across multiple sites throughout Hampshire
- Overseeing generator installation projects within data centres
- Coordinating labour, subcontractors, materials, and site activities
- Managing project programmes, budgets, and client expectations
- Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects
- Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager
- Strong background delivering electrical projects
- Previous experience working within data centres or critical environments is advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to projects throughout Hampshire
- Full UK driving licence
