Hill McGlynn Recruitment is pleased to be working with a respected and growing residential developer based in Bromley, who is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial team. Our client delivers high-quality residential developments across London and the South East, and this role offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a range of live housing projects while developing your career within residential construction.
The Role
- As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior commercial staff and project teams, assisting with the financial and contractual management of residential developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with cost control and budget management across residential projects
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and cost reports
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and administration
- Helping manage variations and change control
- Supporting final accounts and project close-out
- Liaising with site teams and subcontractors
