The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple fit out and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple fit out and refurbishment projects simultaneously
  • Overseeing programmes, budgets, and project delivery
  • Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
  • Managing variations, progress reporting, and project documentation
  • Driving projects through to successful completion and handover

About You

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Project Manager within the fit out and refurbishment sector (essential)
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
  • Full UK driving licence
