Hill McGlynn are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor delivering high-profile commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious £130m commercial fit out and refurbishment scheme in Mayfair, overseeing the delivery of a landmark project in one of London's most sought-after locations.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record delivering large-scale commercial fit out and refurbishment projects. Previous experience operating within high-value projects and managing complex programmes is essential.
The Role:
- Leading the delivery of a £130m commercial fit out / refurbishment project
- Managing all phases of the construction process from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, site teams, and stakeholders
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Driving programme performance and resolving technical and operational challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out and refurbishment sectors
- Demonstrable experience delivering high-value projects (£100m+ preferred)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, programme management, and health & safety
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced, high-spec environments
- Relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
