The Role:
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents, the site team, and project stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring clear communication, minimising disruption, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing queries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide clear and regular updates on project progress, timelines, and upcoming works
- Coordinate access to properties where required for inspections and works
- Manage complaints and resolve issues efficiently, escalating where necessary
- Work closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure resident needs are considered

Requirements:
