As a Welfare Labourer, you will be responsible for ensuring the site welfare areas remain clean, tidy, and fully stocked, while also assisting with general site duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining site welfare facilities, including toilets, canteens, and changing areas
- Ensuring welfare areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable throughout the day
- Replenishing welfare supplies where required
- Supporting with general labouring duties around site
- Assisting the site management team with ad-hoc tasks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times
Requirements
- Previous welfare labouring or site cleaning experience preferred
- Valid CSCS card
- Full PPE
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to take pride in maintaining high standards
