Hill McGlynn is currently working in partnership with a growing residential developer to recruit a confident and motivated Business Development Manager to join their team based out of their Sittingbourne office. The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and industry contacts, and supporting the company's continued growth.

  • Conducting cold calls and outbound sales activity to generate new business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients and industry contacts
  • Identifying and developing sales leads within the construction sector

Requirements
