Hill McGlynn is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly respected facades and cladding contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor. Based from their office in Potters Bar, the successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple façade and cladding projects across London, ensuring financial performance, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery from pre-construction through to final account.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality façade and cladding solutions on major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

  • Full commercial management of façade and cladding packages from tender stage through to final account.
  • Preparation, submission, and negotiation of valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Procurement and management of subcontractor packages.
  • Contract administration and risk management.
  • Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise commercial performance.
  • Managing client relationships and attending commercial meetings.

Significant experience within cladding and facades (non-negotiable).

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working on façade and cladding packages.
  • Background working for a specialist cladding contractor or managing cladding packages for a main contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and delivering successful commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent contractual and commercial awareness.
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification preferred.
