The Package
- Basic Salary: ÂŁ21,000
- Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of ÂŁ29,400)
- Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (3 on, 1 off—balance is key!)
