Preferred Requirements: Proven track record in quantity surveying, with a deep understanding of construction processes, cost estimation, and contract management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field or a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role, preferably within the construction industry
