This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong background in document control and administration within the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining project documentation in line with company and client procedures
- Uploading, issuing, tracking, and archiving documents using document management systems
- Providing technical support and coordination to project and site teams
- Ensuring accurate document version control and timely distribution
- Supporting the office with general administrative duties
- Assisting with coordination between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in administration and document control, ideally within construction or engineering
- Proven proficiency in document management systems, including Aconex or similar platforms
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive salary between Β£35,000 and Β£45,000, depending on experience
