Preferred Requirements:- A couple of years of site experience, ideally with a background in construction or a related field.
- Knowledge of cladding and facades will be a huge advantage.
- Proficient in navigating documentation and accreditation portals, with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to conduct low-level site visits and support our current Health & Safety Advisor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with our construction teams.
- Proactive mindset with a drive to identify and address safety concerns, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve.
- Relevant health and safety qualifications, such as NEBOSH or IOSH certifications, or a willingness to study for these qualifications.
- Experience in the social housing, EWI, roofing, kitchen, or bathroom sectors.
- A valid driver's license to facilitate site visits and travel as needed.
