Part-Time Administrator / Scheduler Office-Based Role

GBP27,000 pro rata ( hours per week)

Part-Time Minimum 4 days per week (flexible hours)

The Role

You will be responsible for the smooth scheduling and administration of appointments, ensuring communication is clear, accurate, and timely.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Scheduling and booking appointments for clients and contractors
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email to confirm availability
  • Diary management and calendar organisation
  • Sending calendar invites and appointment confirmations
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Arranging and processing quotes
  • Updating and working within a CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Processing expenses and general administrative support

The Candidate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused administrator who can manage their workload efficiently in a part-time capacity.

You will be:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in communicating with clients and contractors
  • Comfortable managing diaries and schedules
  • Experienced in data entry and administrative processes
  • Confident using CRM systems (HubSpot experience highly desirable)
  • Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion
  • Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or coordination roles will be highly advantageous.

The Offer

Salary: GBP27,000 pro rata / GBP13 PH

Hours: per week

Working pattern: Minimum 4 days per week (flexible hours)
