Hill McGylnn Recruitment is working with a busy construction and property services client to recruit a Construction Administrator to join their team in Gillingham. This is a front-facing, support-focused role ideal for an organised, energetic administrator who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and keeping projects running smoothly. You will be based on reception and act as a key support function for the HSEQ and Project teams.
The Role
As Construction Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and customer-facing support across the business. Key responsibilities include:
- Front reception duties - greeting visitors and dealing with general enquiries
- Supporting the HSEQ function with administration and documentation
- Assisting the project’s team (including helping distribute RAMS when required)
- Basic document control - ensuring files are placed correctly on internal systems
- Managing calendars and Microsoft Teams support
- General office administration and project support
- Liaising with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Supporting Health & Safety administration
- Being a flexible, approachable point of contact across the office
Working hours are Monday to Friday.
About You
