Hill McGlynn Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading construction client who is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team, based out of their Havering office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong background in document control and administration within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining project documentation in line with company and client procedures
Uploading, issuing, tracking, and archiving documents using document management systems
Providing technical support and coordination to project and site teams
Ensuring accurate document version control and timely distribution
Supporting the office with general administrative duties
Assisting with coordination between internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders Requirements

Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in administration and document control, ideally within construction or engineering
Proven proficiency in document management systems, including Aconex or similar platforms
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident communicator, both written and verbal
Ability xiskglj to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment What\’s on Offer
