- Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
- Identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Collaborate with internal teams including design, commercial, and operations
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders as required
Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry
Strong background in new build, fit out, refurbishment, and/or cut & carve projects (highly desirable)
Excellent numerical, analytical, and commercial skills
Proficient in relevant estimating software and Microsoft Office
Competitive salary between £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience
