Hill McGlynn Recruitment are currently working with a well-established residential developer who is looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager on a new build, high-end apartment scheme based in Camden. This role offers an excellent opportunity for progression, with future projects already secured across London, providing a clear pathway for career growth as the business continues to expand.
The Role
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will support the day-to-day management of the site, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management of on-site operations
- Supporting supervision of subcontractors and trades
- Monitoring quality, health & safety, and site standards
- Assisting with programme delivery and coordination of works
- Helping to manage groundworks and RC frame activities
Requirements
- Previous experience working for a residential developer
- Strong knowledge of groundworks and RC frame construction
- Prior experience operating at Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager level
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Relevant site qualifications (CSCS essential; SMSTS/First Aid beneficial)
