The Role
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial team in the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects from inception through to completion. This role offers strong development opportunities within a highly regulated and technically challenging sector.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Supporting the preparation of valuations and applications for payment
- Assisting with subcontractor procurement and account management
