Hill McGlynn is recruiting for Electricians to start work on a prestigious contract in East London, completing 2nd fix installations and containment works. The successful candidate will be responsible for installations including lighting, power and external conduit containment. This role requires a thorough understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Be able to work independently as well as oversee trainees
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members
- Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in electrical technology
Required:
- JIB/ ECS Card Holder
- IPAF (preferable)
- Fully qualified BS 7671 (IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition)
This role is being offered on a self-employed contract basis with an hourly rate of £26. Overtime available: Saturday - Time & Half x1.5, Sunday & Bank Holiday - Double Time x2.0. Hill McGlynn workers also receive the additional benefit of private health care and unlimited access to an online GP.
