Hill McGlynn, specialists in construction and property recruitment, are currently working with a leading regional contractor to source an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor for a live project in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS to join an established team and take ownership of the financial aspects of a complex construction scheme.
Role Overview: You will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, including subcontractor procurement, valuations, cost reporting, and ensuring the project is delivered on budget.
