They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record working with a tier one or regional main contractor with significant experience working on (non residential) projects valued at £(phone number removed) and above.    Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Perform risk, value management, and cost control. Conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs. Negotiate and procure subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor and control project budgets and costs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide regular reports on project progress, budgets, and forecasts. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector. Proven experience working with tier one or regional main contractors. Extensive experience working on school projects valued at £(phone number removed) and above. Strong knowledge of construction contracts and legislation. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, cost management software).
