This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their commercial career within the residential sector. Working alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and senior commercial professionals, you will support the delivery of residential developments while continuing to build your technical and commercial knowledge. The position offers exposure across the full project lifecycle, including procurement, cost management, subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accounts, with excellent opportunities for further progression. The Role As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial management of residential developments, working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams.
