Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage security operations across major complex transportation infrastructure projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrated security strategies aligned with project, construction, and operational requirements.
- Oversee physical, electronic, and logistics security, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and site security procedures.
- Ensure compliance with EU legislation, Health & Safety regulations, and relevant security and safety standards.
- Liaise with project leadership, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to manage security risks and incident response.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a security leadership role within construction, civil engineering, or critical national infrastructure sectors.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 and their application to integrated security systems.
- Strong understanding of site safety, Health & Safety regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Working knowledge of electronic security systems (CCTV, ACS, IDS) and logistics security.
- Appreciation of business continuity, infrastructure operations, and construction site H&S requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- EU citizens or eligible to work in EU.
