Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure projects.
- Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with programme, quality, and contractual requirements.
- Promote and enforce exemplary standards of health, safety, environmental, and quality management across all construction activities.
- Manage interfaces and relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and project teams to support successful delivery.
- Contribute to project implementation planning, construction strategies, and commercial decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in enabling works or construction management on major transportation infrastructure projects.
- Strong experience in delivery of complex infrastructure works and stakeholder management on major programmes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
- Demonstrable experience implementing HSEQ management systems and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Knowledge and experience of NEC4 contracts with sound commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- EU citizens or eligible to work in EU.
