- Coordinate work from pre-construction surveys through to installation and handover, making sure standards stay high and everything runs smoothly.
- Work closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, leading site meetings and progress reviews, ensuring the sequencing of work is kept up to date with look-aheads and drop lines.
- Keep an eye on budgets and costs to sharpen your commercial skills.
- Handle cost estimates, purchase orders, and monitor spending, while managing contractual changes and variations.
- Ensure quality and compliance by inspecting materials and workmanship, coordinating snagging and close-out.
