We are looking to appoint a Preconstruction Manager to join a leading main contractor delivering major residential and mixed-use schemes across London. This Preconstruction Manager role will see you working closely with senior leadership, taking schemes from early-stage feasibility through to tender submission. The successful Preconstruction Manager will play a key role in driving design, programme and buildability on complex projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the preconstruction process from Stage 24
  • Coordinating design teams and external consultants
  • Supporting cost planning and value engineering
  • Leading elements of tender submissions and programmes
  • Ensuring buildability and technical compliance

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Preconstruction Manager, Design Manager or Technical Manager
  • Background delivering residential or mixed-use schemes
  • Strong understanding of preconstruction, design and programme
