Our client, a leading Tier 1 main contractor, is seeking an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their Thames Valley business.
This Managing Quantity Surveyor role offers the opportunity to commercially lead a flagship £90m refurbishment and life sciences project based in Oxford.
The successful Managing Quantity Surveyor will take full commercial responsibility for the project from pre-construction through to final account, leading the commercial team and working closely with operational and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
