- 85,000 per annumWe are working with a well-established construction business that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee complex high-rise cladding and façade remediation projects.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in delivering complex remediation schemes and a thorough understanding of the increasingly important building safety and regulatory requirements surrounding higher-risk buildings.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the successful delivery of their projects, working closely with the wider delivery team to ensure they are completed safely, compliantly and to programme.
As Project Manager, you will: Take responsibility for the delivery of high-rise cladding and façade remediation projectsLead and manage site teams, subcontractors and key stakeholdersOversee remediation works on buildings above 18 metresSupport the preparation and submission of BSR applicationsUnderstand and implement the requirements of the Golden ThreadSupport projects through the relevant Gateway processesEnsure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, safety and compliance requirementsManage key commercial and operational aspects of the projects alongside the wider teamTo be considered for this position, you will have: Previous experience as a Project ManagerA proven track record of successfully delivering cladding and façade remediation projectsExperience managing remediation works on buildings above 18 metresA strong understanding of the Building Safety Regulator and Gateway processExperience supporting BSR applicationsA thorough understanding of the Golden Thread and how it should be implementedStrong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established construction business with a strong reputation and an exciting portfolio of complex work.
