The predicted salary is between 50000 - 65000 £ per year.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drylining Site Manager to join a leading subcontractor on a £13M design and build life science and laboratories project based in Oxford. The scope of works includes complex drylining, firestopping and ceiling installations. This is a long-term opportunity with a minimum of two years of secured work.

As a Drylining Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard. This role will suit a proactive Site Manager with a strong background in drylining and experience working on large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all on-site drylining activities as a Site Manager
  • Managing labour, subcontractors, and site logistics
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance across site
  • Coordinating with the main contractor and wider project team
  • Driving programme and maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within drylining
  • CSCS Gold Card (minimum requirement)
  • SMSTS certification
  • First Aid qualification
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
